Established Palmer Ranch roofs often still have the original trough.
Many of these houses have lived through years of summer thunderstorms with a sectional gutter, open miters, and two downspouts that made sense when the landscaping was new. Heat, heavy rain, and a fascia board that is no longer straight show up as sagging, a corner drip, or water sheeting over the front bed in a tropical downpour. PrimeFlow does not sell a full replacement because a corner is wet. The visit checks pitch, hangers, outlets, and the wood behind the gutter. A reseal is the right job when the metal, the alignment, and the capacity are still sound. It is the wrong job when the trough is undersized or the fascia can no longer hold it.
