1. THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you request an estimate, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, property address if supplied, ZIP code, property type, requested service, roof and project details, preferred contact method, timeline, and message. We use a hidden anti-spam field to help protect the request form from automated submissions.

We also receive limited technical and usage information when you browse the site, such as page requests, device or browser information, referring source, and general interaction data made available by our hosting and analytics tools. The optional Ask PrimeFlow assistant processes the general question text you choose to submit through an AI service in order to generate a short response. PrimeFlow does not save those assistant conversations in the website’s customer records. Do not submit property addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, payment-card data, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information through the assistant.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

PrimeFlow uses estimate-request information to respond to you, evaluate the requested gutter or drainage scope, schedule or prepare an estimate, communicate about potential or active work, manage leads, protect the website from abuse, and improve our services and website experience. The optional assistant uses only the submitted question text and selected general service context to generate a response; it is not a scheduling, quoting, engineering, legal, insurance, or code-advice tool. We may use aggregated, non-identifying analytics to understand which pages, services, and homeowner questions are useful.

We do not sell your contact information. We do not use an estimate request to confirm an appointment until a PrimeFlow team member has confirmed it with you.

3. WEBSITE MEASUREMENT AND GOOGLE TOOLS

You can accept or reject optional analytics from the cookie banner and reopen your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings control in the footer. PrimeFlow stores that preference locally in your browser. Google Analytics 4 loads only after you choose Accept Analytics. If PrimeFlow adds Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, or another measurement tool, this policy will be updated to reflect the selected privacy approach. Google’s Consent Mode can communicate visitor choices to Google tags, but it does not itself provide a consent banner or determine PrimeFlow’s legal obligations.[1] [2]

4. HOW INFORMATION MAY BE SHARED

We may share information with service providers that help operate the website, host or store business records, protect against abuse, provide aggregate analytics, or support communications needed to respond to your request. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, or respond to a valid legal process.

We do not share personal information with other companies for their independent direct-marketing use without your consent.

5. TEXT MESSAGES (SMS)

If you give PrimeFlow your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we use that number to send messages from PrimeFlow Gutters’ text messaging number about appointment reminders, quotes, invoices, and job updates. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is not sold. Service providers that help us deliver text messages (such as our messaging and scheduling platforms) may process your number only to provide that service.

6. RETENTION AND SECURITY

We retain estimate and customer information for as long as reasonably necessary for communication, estimating, service delivery, recordkeeping, dispute handling, legal obligations, and legitimate business operations. We then delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to any applicable legal retention requirement.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information within our control. No internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure, so please do not send highly sensitive information through the website form.

7. YOUR CHOICES AND PRIVACY REQUESTS

You may ask us to update contact details, stop non-essential follow-up communications, or request access to or deletion of information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Florida privacy obligations and consumer rights can depend on the business, the data practice, and applicable law. PrimeFlow will evaluate verified requests in accordance with applicable requirements. This policy does not waive rights that may apply to you.[3]

8. CHILDREN AND THIRD-PARTY LINKS

This website is intended for property owners, contractors, and commercial decision-makers; it is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the request.

Our site may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and PrimeFlow is not responsible for their content or data practices.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy when our website, services, vendors, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when the page was most recently revised. Material changes will be posted here before or when they take effect, as appropriate.
