Short answer. Gutter guards can go on a tile-roof home without lifting or breaking tiles. PrimeFlow's practice is to fit the guard to the gutter and the tile edge as they are, never forcing a cover under barrel or flat concrete tile. A guard has to meet the roof edge that is already there. On barrel tile and on flat concrete tile, that edge is not a smooth shingle. PrimeFlow does not lift tiles, crack them, or slide a cover under a course as a published method. If a particular product cannot meet the tile without that, it is not forced. Micro-mesh and other covers move debris differently. The roof edge, the gutter profile, and the debris on that lot decide whether a guard is even a candidate. This article does not name a brand as the one that works on tile, and it does not say a cover ends cleaning.
- Identify barrel tile or flat tile at the eave before a cover is promised.
- Ask the scope how the guard meets the tile without lifting it.
- Check valleys separately. A valley splash is not the same piece as a guard.
- Plan on a seasonal look at outlets even when a cover is installed.

Workmanship warranty
PrimeFlow offers a 7-year workmanship warranty. The terms say leaf guards reduce cleaning and do not eliminate it. Debris is not a covered defect.

A free estimate can say whether a guard fits that eave and how it is fastened without a tile-lift step. If it does not fit, the honest scope is the gutter without the cover. This page has no price.
