The gutter comes down so the other trade can reach the wall.
An exterior repaint and a stucco repair both need the wall at the roof edge. Gutters cover that edge. PrimeFlow can remove the runs, store the sequence of the pieces, and reinstall them after the painter or the stucco contractor is done, when that is what the written scope says. The timing between the trades is agreed before the first visit.
Painting and stucco repair are not gutter work.
PrimeFlow does not paint aluminum, wood, or stucco, and it does not patch stucco. Those trades bring their own materials and their own warranty. The terms of service allow fascia replacement to appear as a recommended line item on a quote. Fascia work that is accepted is still separate from painting the wall. Declined recommendations stay outside PrimeFlow’s warranty.
- Name the painter or the stucco contractor and the date the wall will be ready.
- Decide whether the old gutter goes back up or a new gutter is formed.
- Review the fascia before the gutter returns.
- Keep color and finish decisions with the painter.
A reinstall and a new gutter are different scopes.
Putting the same gutter back uses the pieces that came down, if they are still straight and the outlets still land. A new seamless gutter is a replacement scope: .032 aluminum and hidden hangers on applicable residential installs, only as the drawing shows. This page does not assume every paint job needs a new gutter.

Workmanship on the gutter that goes back
PrimeFlow offers a 7-year workmanship warranty on its installation. The written agreement states it. The warranty does not cover the paint film or the stucco repair.
The estimate names the take-down and the return.
A free estimate lists which runs come down, where they are stored, and whether the return is a reinstall or a new gutter. This page does not print a price. Work is scheduled after a written scope and the required deposit, unless a written waiver says otherwise.
